Who are eligable:
All families of multiple birth children (biological, fostered or adopted), multiples themselves or any other persons with a related interest in the multiple birth situation are eligible for membership in this Club.
The annual membership fee is $42.00 per family. Fees are due at the beginning of April each year. If joining later in the year a reduced rate may be obtained.
